Membership Questions

1. What is My Healthology Association, exactly?

We’re a member-based support organization focused on helping people navigate their health journeys with clarity, community, and compassionate guidance. We’re not a clinic, insurer, or doctor—we're your health ally. Whether you’re maintaining wellness or facing serious illness, we walk with you every step of the way.

2. What does it mean to become a member?

Becoming a member means taking a pledge to honor your health and allowing us to support you in doing that. Members gain access to personalized health guidance, trusted resources, community support, and exclusive tools to help them stay informed and empowered.

3. Is this just for people who are sick or recently diagnosed?

Not at all. Healthology is for everyone—those working to stay well, those in recovery, and those in the thick of it. We support the full spectrum of the health journey, including prevention, resilience, and recovery.

4. How much does membership cost?

We offer several tiers to make support accessible. Membership options will be outlined on our [Membership Page] and include both individual and family plans. We also provide hardship fund opportunities for those in need.

1. What kind of support do you actually provide?

2. Can you help me understand my insurance plan or bills?

Yes. One of our core offerings is helping members navigate the confusing world of insurance and healthcare costs. We break it down in simple terms and help you understand what’s covered, what’s not, and what your next step should be

3. Do you replace my doctor or insurance company?

No—we work alongside your existing care team. Think of us as your personal support network. We don’t diagnose or treat; we guide, explain, advocate, and connect.

1. Why do you call health a gift?

Because it is. Whether you're currently healthy, in recovery, or facing challenges—health in any form is something to be respected, protected, and honored. Our philosophy is rooted in gratitude and action: doing our best with the body, mind, and spirit we’ve been given.

2. What makes My Healthology different from other support organizations?

We don’t just react to crises—we walk with our members every day. We’re proactive, personal, and purpose-driven. Our team is made up of people who’ve been there. This isn’t about checklists—it’s about connection.

3. Do you only work with women?

While many of our members are health-conscious women (ages 25–55), we support all individuals and caregivers who align with our mission and values. Health doesn’t discriminate, and neither do we.

1. How do I join?

2. What happens after I sign up?

3. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. While we hope you stay connected for the long haul, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. We also offer paused memberships for those going through major life transitions.

Hardship Funds & Community Support

1. What are hardship funds, and who qualifies?
