Deanna Anderson

Deanna is a highly skilled administrator and the Founder and President of Organized Management Solutions, LLC. Deanna created her own firm to offer exceptional administrative and operations management services to businesses and organizations throughout Arizona 

Driven to achieve operational efficiencies and to build valuable relationships, Deanna began her career in 2000 after earning her degree in Public Relations (with a Minor in History) from Northern Arizona University. In the first few years of her career, she served as an Administrative Assistant for the Arizona Retailers Association and then progressed into the Director of Pharmacy Affairs for the Arizona Retailers Association and for the Arizona Community Pharmacy Committee. This is where Deanna realized her goal to help non-profit and trade organizations grow.  

In 2003 she became a client director at Capitol Consulting, LLC. Over a three-year period, Deanna served as the point-person for three non-profit associations in Phoenix; The National Association of Women Business Owners Phoenix Metro Chapter, the Valley of the Sun Human Resource Association, and the Arizona Library Association.  

In 2005, Deanna recognized an opportunity and was motivated to start her own company focused on providing administrative and operational management services to organizations. She continued to serve multiple non-profit associations, through 2012 when she closed operations and choose to pursue her paralegal certificate, which she completed in 2015. In 2022, Deanna re-established OMS to once again provide exceptional services to nonprofit and trade organizations, as well as to law firms and small businesses. She enjoys operating under titles that include: Executive Director, Director of Operations, Executive Assistant, Paralegal, Office Manager, Law Firm Administrator, and bookkeeper. 

Detail oriented and thorough, she works to ensure things don’t fall through the cracks and promotes the organization’s goals. Her services/skills/specialties include: operations and administrative services; organizational development and structuring; bookkeeping & financial management and reporting; membership services; event/conference management; governance and legal oversight; strategic planning; paralegal experienced in probate/trust administration/guardian/conservatorship/ALTCS reporting. Deanna has been a member of the American Society for Association Executives (ASAE), the Arizona Society for Association Executives (AzSAE), the National Association of Women Business Owners, Phoenix Metro Chapter and she is an Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity alumnae member. Deanna was also selected as one of the 2009 Top 35 Under 35 Entrepreneurs by The Arizona Republic and was selected to serve on the 2010 National Bank of Arizona Advisory Board of Directors. Her interests range from real estate to animals to world travel. She has a beautiful daughter, Madison, who is currently studying Advertising and Interior Design at Washington State University
